Husband-and-wife duo Will and Jennifer Bradof opened Trio in 2005 with a passion for good food, innovation, and community. Over twenty years later, Trio’s three-chef kitchen continues to put out inspired, locally sourced dishes loved by locals and tourists alike. Located just off the town square, Trio serves both seasonal and nightly specials in an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. When you dine by the glow of the wood-fired oven, you’ll feel right at home. Will and Jennifer Bradof are the owners of Trio An American Bistro and Local Restaurant & Bar, two locally owned restaurants that have been part of the Jackson Hole community for over two decades.
Will is a classically trained chef, having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He further refined his craft training in Volterra, Tuscany, Italy, and at Tra Vigne in Napa Valley, California, experiences that continue to influence his approach to seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking. Since opening Trio in 2005, Will and Jennifer’s focus has been simple: create a place where people feel welcome, serve consistently great food, and build a team that cares deeply about the experience they provide. Known for wood-fired cooking, seasonal ingredients, and a lively, approachable atmosphere, Trio has become a longtime local favorite.
Over the years, they have expanded their commitment to the community through Local Restaurant & Bar and through ongoing partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives. They believe restaurants can play a meaningful role beyond dining—serving as gathering spaces that bring people together.
Jennifer is also the founder and Clinical Director of Teton Behavior Therapy, reflecting their shared commitment to supporting the well-being of both their staff and the broader community.
