20 Years of Trio
This year marks a major milestone for Trio: An American Bistro — 20 years on Glenwood Street in the heart of Jackson Hole.
Opened in 2004 by Will and Jennifer Bradof, Trio began as a chef-driven concept rooted in a love of food, hospitality, and community. At the time, Will was cooking at Snake River Grill when the space became available, and he and two fellow chefs decided to take a leap and create their own restaurant. Two decades later, Trio has become a local institution.
In an industry where the average restaurant lasts only about six years, reaching the 20-year mark is rare. The Bradofs credit Trio’s longevity to their passion for food and the people who prepare it, along with a strong commitment to their staff and the Jackson community.
Each night at Trio is approached like hosting a dinner party — paying attention to the details that make guests feel welcome, from the energy of the dining room to the food coming out of the kitchen. That philosophy, combined with a loyal team and supportive community, has helped Trio thrive for two decades.
As Trio celebrates its 20th anniversary, the focus remains the same as it was in 2004: thoughtful food, warm hospitality, and creating a place where locals and visitors alike can gather around a great meal.
